Responsibilities & Context

Welcome all visitors, guests and employees into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Provide necessary support to the existing and potential customers. Receive & register all letters, messages, documents time to time and hand over those to Attending all visitors & guests at the front office and record their details and messages for the concerned employee in their absence.
